1812's Crabmeat Souffle
Total preparation time: 50 minutes
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1 lb Back Fin Crabmeat
- 3 -4 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese Packages
- 4 Small Jars Hearts of Artichokes
- 2 Lemons (Juiced)
- 1 tablespoon Mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dill (Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary (Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Steps:
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand.
- Grease large casserole dish and spoon in mix
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until "bubbely hot"
- May garnish with Sharp Grated Cheddar or Parmesan Cheese.
