1812's Crabmeat Souffle: Appetizer-Snack

Prep time:50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Back Fin Crabmeat

  • 3 -4 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese Packages

  • 4 Small Jars Hearts of Artichokes

  • 2 Lemons (Juiced)

  • 1 tablespoon Mayonaise

  • 1 tablespoon Sour Cream

  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Dill (Powder)

  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (Powder)

  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Step 1:

Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand.

Step 2:

Grease large casserole dish and spoon in mix

Step 3:

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until "bubbely hot"

Step 4:

May garnish with Sharp Grated Cheddar or Parmesan Cheese.
