Nestled in the center of the quaint country village of Millerton, New York is the Victorian style Simmons’ Way Village Inn. Steeped in grandeur exemplary of the 1800’s elegant living, Simmons’ Way is located in the heart of this antiques and arts-oriented village in the northeast corner of Dutchess County, NY.

Sleep in one of our nine beautiful and spacious rooms, each with private bath and queen size bed. Choose a room with a canopy bed, a private porch, or an over-sized bathtub. Breakfast is sure to include the special house-made granola, plus farm-fresh free-range eggs, our special Apple Pancakes or French toast with pure maple syrup.

    Cancellations made 21 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee. If the cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card and the entire amount is Non-Refundable. If the room can be re-booked, then the payment may be transferred to a future stay within the next twelve (12) months from the original date. All cancellations made by telephone must be confirmed to the Innkeeper by letter, fax or email and received by the Innkeeper no later than 20 days prior to the arrival date.
