Carmalized Apple or Peach French Toast

- 36 slices Cinnamon bread
- 3 Rome apples or peaches
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 5 cups milk
- 10 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Steps:
- In medium saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil until well blended and bubbling. Pour into three 10"x12" glass baking pans.
- Layer peeled, sliced and cored apples or peaches in pans, then top with 12 slices of bread per pan (3 slices per serving).
- Combine milk, eggs and vanilla in blender and mix. Pour over bread and apples/peaches soaking bread well. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
