1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 tablespoon Orange Peel

1 tablespoon Orange Juice

2 Large Bananas /Sliced

2 tablespoons Granola
Step 1:
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, orange peel and orange jiuce, blend well.
Step 2:
Add banana slices and toss very gently.
Step 3:
Sprinkle top with Granola.
Step 4:
Serve immediately.
