High on the hill above Lambertville and New Hope resides Lambertville and New Hopes most secluded, private and tranquil retreat.

Located in a town dubbed the art and antique Mecca, Lambertville is situated along the Delaware Rive at Bucks County, New Hope-Pa. These charming Victorian style towns are filled with galleries and antique shops and excellent restaurants.

The Estate boasts a gorgeous fieldstone home built in 1820 and restored in 1920 by Margaret Spencer ,the First Woman Architect in our country.
A restored circa dairy barn with upscale lodging surrounded by eight acres of beautiful fields and gardens along with the ever popular Chimney Hill Alpacas and Llamas!

    Chimney Hill Estate must be notified of a cancellation or change for lodging 15 days prior. In this event,your deposit minus $35.00 will be returned. Notification of cancellation or change of scheduled lodging within 15 days will not receive a return of deposit and will be charged the remainder of balance for lodging.
