My wife and I stayed for our Valentine's Day celebration. We immediately loved the place. It felt cozy and comfortable. We loved how quiet the grounds were. We sat in the main house where the fire crackled and danced in the fireplace. There was calm music playing which added a soft touch. The house was truly charming (style, decor, etc). We met other people, all whom were nice. The staff was all smiles - very friendly. They seemed to love the place and it showed. They were also very helpful in directing us to local restaurants and attractions. With that said, we did have a couple minor things that could have improved our stay. For breakfast, there was kind of a set menu. They had eggs. They had toast. My wife asked if they could make french toast but they refused (respectfully). That kind of personalization would be a plus - in our minds. The coffee seemed a bit watered down but maybe we had a bad brew. The TV in the room was small. But, I suppose we didn't stay there to watch TV. I would definitely go back and have already raved about the place to family, friends and co-workers. My wife and I wanted to get away and enjoy time together. Chimney Hill Estate was a great place.

We purchased a package through Living Social, and had a great time. The inn's staff was all very friendly, and we enjoyed our suite very much. The town and all it has to offer is right down the road - very convenient.

My husband and I loved our stay at Chimney Hill. Barn Suite 2 was cozy and beautiful. The main house was lovely and the food was delicious. We will be back.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at the Inn and had a very nice visit indeed. The room (Barn Suite #3) was beautifully kept and a lovely retreat. We did not meet the innkeepers but Terry was most accomodating via email. the staff we met in the doing room, notably Eric, were equally so. We had a light dusting of snow overnight so the walk to Goat Hill overlook was particularly pretty. The only off note for us were the (easibly audible) couple bickering in the next room which did not do much for our relaxed mood and the country inn vibe. Our room could do with a bit of soundproofing. Breakfast was delicious if a bit over the top with challah french toast dripping with butter and syrup and sausage on the side. Attention to detail overall meticulous. A getaway I would recommend to others.

    Just Darling!!

The most darling place to spend a weekend. Everything was exceptional. The only reason we found it was because of groupon. Although everything was great I would not pay full price for the room accomodations. The regular price is high for the rooms. I hope I get another discount of some kine. . I would go back pronto!!
