    When you awake in the morning to the smell of simmering walnuts in maple syrup you know your in for a special treat. This dish is made with two slices of thick Texas toast and dipped in a special batter, grilled on both sides to perfection and stuffed with cream cheese and maple walnuts. Heaven!

    Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date, less a $25 processing fee per room.

    From Route 93 North: • Follow Rte. 93 North • Take Exit 23 and follow Rte. 104 east towards Meredith • In Meredith, pick up Rte. 25 East and follow it towards Ossipee and the junction of Rte. 16 [As an alternate route you may continue on Rte. 93 N to exit 32, which is Rte. 112, also called the Kancamagus Highway. Follow the "Kanc", as the locals call it, to Rte. 16 North, and continue as below. The Kanc is very scenic, but full of twists and turns, and can be hazardous at night or in inclement weather.] • Take Rte. 16 North into the center of North Conway • The Cabernet Inn is approximately 2 miles north of the center of North Conway on Rte. 16/302 on the left, with a big green and white sign out front.
