Situated on Fleming Street and just a short walk to World Famous Duval Street. We offer a casual relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your Florida vacation.     14 days advance notice for refund minus $25 cancellation fee. Within 14 days deposit is non-refundable. There is a 30 days cancellation policy for Holidays and Special events.
