General Information

We are centrally located in the perfect spot for exploring the whole island of Kauai. Just ten minutes north of the airport, the property is on the banks of the Wailua River, a few minutes from the heart of Kapaa town, walking distance to beaches and family parks. We are nestled in Hawaii's largest coconut grove in the shadow of Sleeping Giant mountain with easy access to hiking and kayaking. We are only a block from the beach. Close enough to hear the ocean but not able to see it. You can see the river from the cottages & kayak rental is only a block away.
Our vacation rentals are in four quaint plantation-style cottages, built in the 1940's and lovingly restored. Each cottage is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully appointed for self-sufficiency and comfort.

    Security deposit will become non-refundable in the event of cancellation & if canceled within 60 days of arrival, all payments will become non-refundable. If we are able to rebook, we will refund all your money minus a $50 processing fee.
