Five Cottages. Lonely Planet & TripAdvisor Recommended. Our Kauai vacation rentals are in five plantation style cottages, built in the 1940's and lovingly restored over the past few years. Each unit is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully appointed for self-sufficiency and comfort. We are centrally located in the perfect spot for exploring the whole island of Kauai. Just 5 miles north of the airport, the property is on the East side of the island on the banks of the Wailua River, a few minutes from the heart of Kapaa town, walking distance to beaches and family parks and just a block to go kayaking.

This is our most popular cottage for short stays. This cottage does not have a kitchen. There is a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker & toaster. However we do have outdoor grills & seating areas you can use.

As you come out of the airport take a right at the light on Kapule Hwy. After 1 1/2 mile, Kapule Hwy. will merge with Kuhio Hwy. Stay on the right lane at the traffic light. Proceed for another 3 1/2 mile to the next next traffic light which is Kuamoo Rd and make a left. After you make a left on Kuamoo road, we are the fourth driveway on your left. The numbers on the mailbox says 4561.
