First time to Charleston and the Fulton Inn was a great choice. It was a great location to all things in the Historic district, restaurants, King Street, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Circa 1886 restaurant was fabulous and I would highly recommend. Although no onsite restaurant, they offered plenty of food choices delivered to your room.

Have stayed in many historic B&B's and enjoyed this one. Easy walking from the Inn to anyplace in the historic district. Because we were planning to get in rather late in the day, the staff suggested that they make reservations for us at Circa 1886. It was great! They also made good recommendations on a wonderful lunch spot--Gaulart & Maliclet (Fast & French). The wine and cheese reception was generous. Continental breakfast was brought to the room. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were very pleasant. We highly recommend The Fulton Lane Inn.

We've stayed at Fulton Inn twice and plan to again in the future. The location is great being right on King and just a block up from the Market. Service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We love it.

We've stayed here several times throughout the past 3 years. If you enjoy being close to everything in the city, this is the place to stay. My husband and I love the warm colors used in all rooms, spacious size of the them. The staff is friendly and efficient. We have stayed in a few different styles of rooms-my favorite the "cathedral room" I think is what it's called with cathedral ceilings, and a large sized jacuzzi tube.
