• Guest pets are welcome (Your well-behaved pets are happily accepted at $25/day)
• Limitations on children staying (10 years and older, June 1-September 30)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (50% deposit required for all reservations of 3 nights or more. For reservations of two nights or less complete payment is required.)
• Closed: Early check in-late check out possible
• Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  If you cancel MORE than 2 weeks prior to arrival we will cancel your reservation less 10% of your deposit OR hold the entire amount for a future booking. LESS than 2 week notice, deposit (less 10%) refunded when room time is re-booked.
