Just a short stroll from your front steps will allow you to explore the park, beaches, shopping and boardwalk of our Seaside Village.

• Deposit amount required (One night stay plus NJ tax or 50% deposit for stays of two nights or greater)

• Cancellations:
  Because of our small size, cancellations effect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict policy. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded if The Chateau is notified more than 10 days before arrival. Should notification be made less than 10 days before arrival, all deposit payments will be forfeited unless the space can be rerented for the entire reserved period. (Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $25 handling charge)
