General Information

The Akwaaba by the Sea was built in the 1850's and offers beautiful, romantic and cozy rooms and apts/suites. Much of the natural beauty remains intact and we have renovated and decorated in an appealing Victorian style. We are several collections including: civil war prints, teacup collection, angel pictures and figurines etc...

  • Deposit amount required (1/2 deposit at time of reservation, remainder due upon arrival. Weekly rents balance due 30 days before arrival. )
  • Check in time is 2 PM 10PM and Check out time is 11 AM
  • Cancellations:
    If you cancel within 15 days or more, we will give full refund less $25 administration fee if we are able to refill the entire length of stay. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival. Sorry, no exceptions.
