Sausage, Egg Breakfast Casserole

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 9 eggs
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 cups cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 4 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
Steps:
- Brown sausage, drain. Beat eggs with milk, shredded cheese, bread cubes, salt, and pepper. Then add sausage and pour in 13 x 9 greased pan.
- Cover & refrigerate overnight.
- Uncover in morning and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Cut into 8 squares. Great served with biscuits.
