Shaker Cream Biscuits

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bread Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar if desired
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and grease cookie sheet.
Whip cream until stiff.
- Sift flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together. Mix lightly with a fork by adding whipped cream.
- Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead for one minute. Pat dough to a 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 450 degree for 12 minutes. Serve with butter.
