General Information

We are a four bedroom 3 diamond B&B, on the Old Fitch farm vineyard, in Mystic country,minutes away from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casino's. The rooms are 13x25 and all have ensuite bath ,fireplace,tel,tv,ac, and ceiling fans. The circa 1790 gambrel home has 5000 sq ft.,including wine cellar, to enjoy and acres of vineyard to roam.
We enjoy our guests as much as they enjoy their stay.

• Smoking is allowed outside only (smoking outside only- if in room $100 cleaning fee)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Limitations on children staying
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (This vineyards wine is provided)
• Deposit amount required (We require a $25, non refundable, deposit for those bookings made more than 10 days in advance of stay days in advance.)
• Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations made prior to 10 days of the arrival date will receive a complete refund less the deposit, Cancellations made within the 10 days will recieved a complete refund, unless we CANNOT fill the room. If we CANNOT, we will charge for one nights stay. We do understand Emergencies and will compensate accordingly

  We are a retired pofessional couple, Warren a Pharmacist, and Nora a BS RN nurse. We both enjoy out of doors, which includes, camping,beaches, and gardening. Nora is also an avid reader, with the 29th year coming up. Warren works the vineyard, takes care of the gardens, and is an avid fisherman,woodworker, and wine maker
