General Information

Our 1883 mansion is located in historic downtown Eureka Springs, Arkansas, the jewel of the Ozark Mountains. Recently renovated, the Peabody House flawlessly merges new conveniences with antique appeal. We are seconds away from shopping, fine dining and historic discovery. Special events abound almost every weekend.

Our spacious bedchambers include private bath with spa tub for 2, private entrances, mini bar with complementary hot and cold beverages, antiques, views, and off street parking. Rest easy on the veranda and balconies of our Victorian mansion surrounded by terraced gardens. The Peabody will spoil you with privacy, luxury and convenience

    Cancellation Policy We are a small, privately-owned business, and due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason.If we have luck filling your vacancy, you will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. We do our best to fill the rooms in your stead. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES - If you leave before the date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. Group Cancellation Policy exists for groups or individuals reserving two or more rooms/cottages for any given date. This policy extends the cancellation notification period from 14 days to 30 days. Non-refundable or cancelable holidays: Major Holidays, including Valentine’s weekend, and some major festivals, and not cancellable at any time after the reservation is made. You will be charged in full for cancelling these holidays and festivals: Valentine’s Weekend, as determined by the Innkeeper Memorial Weekend Blue Festival Weekend Fourth of July Weekend Labor Day Weekend War Eagle Weekend Thanksgving Weekend Christmas Weekend New Year’s Eve

    From the South Take Highway 23 North off of Hwy 62 at the main entrance to downtown. As you reach the bottom of the hill, you are almost in downtown Eureka. Turn right into the parking lot after you see "Office Supply." This parking lot is in front of the Cat House Lounge/Pied Piper Pub. Stay to your right, driving towards the 10mph sign and speedbumps, and the parking lot turns into Armstrong Street. Armstrong Street travels behind City Hall and The Auditorium. From the North Take Highway 23 (also Main Street) South into downtown. Watch for the Grand Central Hotel, a large brick hotel on the Left. Turn Left but stay to the right, along the side of the hotel, driving straight up a fairly steep hill – Douglas Street. Make a steep Right at Armstrong Street. The Peabody is at 7 Armstrong – the only 3 story Victorian on Armstrong. Park in the gravel lot on side of building.
