General Information

Cool Water Acres is a private 54 acre ranch, highlighted by a 7 acre lake with spillover waterfall, located in the Texas Hill Country. Relax in our private cabin by the lake with its fully equipped kitchen stocked with country breakfast fixings, including eggs from our henhouse. Cabin has AC/heat; bedroom with a queen size bed and bath, while main room consists of a living area with a fireplace, kitchen and dining area. A sleeper sofa and additional single bed is provided for a total sleeping capacity of 5. There is also a front porch and enclosed patio area.
