  • Smoking is allowed (Outside only please.)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Children are welcome (12 and older in main house and all ages in Carriage House)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bring your own beverage.)
  • Deposit amount required (A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to confirm a reservation. This first night will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation)
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm-6:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    In the event you need to cancel, your deposit less a $10.00 fee will be refunded provided we are notified at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than 7 days from your arrival date you forfeit your deposit. If we are able to rebook the room, you will receive your deposit back less a $10.00 handling fee. A no show is financially responsible for the confirmed night's stay.
