General InformationHistoric yet fresh. Elegant yet casual. Central yet serene. Originally built in 1885, this great house has just been lovingly restored. A stylish 10 guest room inn in a peaceful enclave minutes from Acadia, the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The style is creative and elegant – without Victorian clichés. Each king/queen suite features private bath; many have fireplaces & whirlpools. Enjoy gourmet breakfasts including entrees cooked to order. Our guest pantry is always open offering snacks and beverages. No smoking or pets. Parking. Open mid May to late October.

- Accommodations are not suitable for children (Rooms are double occupancy. No cribs.)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (evening wine and cheese during high season)
- Deposit amount required (Less than 3 nights requires full payment upon reservation Stays of 3 or more nights require 50% deposit)

- Check in time is 3 - 7pm and Check out time is 11am

We understand that your plans can change. However, due to the short season and limited rooms available, we request a 21 day notice of cancellation. If you cancel before this period you will be refunded your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee.
