Mini Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup applesauce
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

1. In bowl cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and applesauce. In another bowl mix flour,baking powder,and salt. add to margarine mixture.
2. Grease mini-muffin tins Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes Let cool
3. Melt 1 stick margarine or butter, keep in pan. Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Dip muffins in butter, then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
