General Information

St. Johns House is located in the heart of a National Historic District, one block off the St. Johns River. Designed for a leisurely lifestyle, its large rooms, porches, and comfortable furnishings reflect the elegance of its 1914 origin.

Beyond the house, quiet, tree-lined streets give way to city parks, unique shopping areas, and antique and art galleries. It is a short ride to the downtown commercial district, sports complex, and the Convention Center.

• Deposit amount required (First night's stay or 1/2 of total, whichever is greater, is required to hold a room.)
• Closed: we are closed March and June - October
• Check in time is 4:00 and Check out time is before 11:00
• Cancellations:
  For special events and holidays, a reservation must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival date. At other times, 72 hour notice is required.
