    We enjoyed our stay in the Yancey room. The house is fantastic - great architecture inside and out. Our room was comfortable and roomy. The only downside to our stay was that our room was quite cold (I do realize those high ceilings make it a bear to heat on cold Janury nights :)). Chris was a wonderful host - allowing us to check in early and gave us great advice on local restaurants and directions. We enjoyed our breakfast. We would definitely return.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the Claremont. The house is beautifully furnished with wonderful antiques. At every turn I saw something interesting to look at. My room was lovely and breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

    My wife and I spent the night at the Claremont house recently. Our stay was delightful, the house exquisite, and breakfast was wonderful.

    Great house and good location. A lot for a small family to keep up with but the host is gracious and pleasant.
