Pipe Creek Farm Bed & Breakfast
Located in the Colden Hills the Pipe Creek farm is on 200 acres. In the winter, we have special packages and rates! There is snow skiing 8 miles @ Kissing Bridge, and 25 miles in Ellicotville @ Holiday Valley and Holimont. Summer is very busy with weddings and reunions, so book early please for special dates. We have a large inground swimming pool. The house is air conditioned. Great eating establishments within 4 miles of our door, also food deliveries are available! Guest have a refrigerator for their needs. Early coffee,tea and sweet breads. Tv in all rooms,vcr,movies,board games,card games. Our home is your home away from home. Be comfortable and have fun.

Take the I 90 south from Buffalo,NY, get on Rt 219 to Armour-Duells exit stay to right and follow the green ski area signs. Go thru traffic light, now on Rt240, follow to West Falls about 5miles. Make a left over the only bridge in town and right onto Falls Rd, 21/2 miles up hill, we are on the right side between Grover Rd and Boise Rd. - Nearest major airport: Buffalo, NY (BUF-Buffalo/Niagara International) 15 miles

Phil & Kathy Crone have been married for 38years (happily)We have two adult sons and five grandchildren. They both snow and water ski, ride horses and snowmobile. Phil is a fantastic woodworker and Kathy is just fantastic!!! We both are very involved in our parish, we are the garden club!! We both enjoy landscaping and gardening. We just like to be together and we enjoy being with our guest, we have many stories to tell!!! Kathy now belongs to the Red Hat Society, so ask about it! - The innkeepers speak: English
