Halibut Caddy Ganty: Main Dish

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 lb Fresh Pacific Halibut

  • 1 cup White wine

  • 1/8 pinch Salt and Pepper

  • 2 cup Sour cream

  • 1 cup Mayo

  • 1 cup Chopped Onions

  • 1/8 dash Paprika

Step 1:

Filet fish and cut into small 1/2 in thick squares about 2x2. Soak in white wine for an hour. Pat dry and roll in sourdough bread crumbs with salt and pepper.

Step 2:

Place in an oven to table oval baking pan, Spread with the sour cream, mayo and onion mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 min. until fish is not transluscent (120 degrees on an instant reading thermometer)
