Halibut Caddy Ganty

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 lb Fresh Pacific Halibut
- 1 cup White wine
- 1/8 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 2 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 1/8 dash Paprika
Steps:
- Filet fish and cut into small 1/2 in thick squares about 2x2. Soak in white wine for an hour. Pat dry and roll in sourdough bread crumbs with salt and pepper.
- Place in an oven to table oval baking pan, Spread with the sour cream, mayo and onion mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 min. until fish is not transluscent (120 degrees on an instant reading thermometer)
