Awarded "#1 Setting in the Western US" by Sunset Magazine and secluded in its own alpine valley above the village of Leavenworth, Washington, Mountain Home Lodge offers one of the Northwest's most spectacular settings for relaxation, romance and adventure. This secluded hide-a-way is only accessible by snowcat in the winter months. Guests enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and snowmobiling in the pristine beauty of the Cascades. In the summer months, the Lodge offers swimming, tennis, and extensive hiking and mountain biking trails. Our Chef prepares outstanding gourmet cuisine in an unmatched setting.     The main Lodge features Nine guest rooms and One suite. Two
    secluded cabins are nestled in the forest near the Lodge.
    Each cabin is designed with a pine peeled
    king bed, river rock jacuzzi & fireplace, two person shower,
    wet bar, CD stereo, DVD and wireless internet.

    Salad: Seasonal Field Greens, Crisp Apple, Spiced Nuts, Raspberry Gorgonzola Vinaigrette

    Entree: House Herb Cured Bresola Beef Tenderloin with Whipped Horseradish. Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Baked Parmesan Zucchini & Roasted Beets, Balsamic Splash.

    Dessert: Orchard Pear Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Lodge -made Carmel Sauce.

  • Minimum stay required (2 nights in winter, all weekends throughout the year.)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only (Outside on deck)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Accommodations are not suitable for children (Children of all ages welcomed when the resort is booked for)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Lodge has a complete wine and beer list.)
  • Deposit amount required (Equal to 1 nights stay.)
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 NOON
  • Cancellations:
    14 days notice will be refunded less $10.00 handling fee.

    The lodge is located 2.5 miles above the village of Leavenworth. From Seattle via Stevens Pass (Hwy. 2), pass through Leavenworth on Hwy. 2. Turn right on East Leavenworth Road immediately after crossing the bridge over the Wenatchee River. Go one half block and turn left on Mountain Home Road. The pavement ends in a few blocks and the road becomes rustic. The lodge is located 2.5 miles up on the left. Winter guests are met at the base of the road at our parking lot for the ride up in our Snow-cat.

    Enter on to I5 traveling north to I90. Take I90 east to exit 85. Proceed north on State Hwy 97 to State Hwy 2, turn left (west) approx. 6 miles to East Leavenworth Road. Turn left and go one half block and turn left on Mountain Home Road. The pavement ends in a few blocks and the road becomes rustic. The lodge is located 2.5 miles up on the left.
