• Deposit amount required (Reservations are confirmed with an advance deposit of one night or 50% for 2-3 days. Over 4 days: cc guarantee 1st day, advance payment for remainder of stay payable when you make your reservation.)

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations must be received at least 14 days in advance to receive a guaranteed deposit refund, less $15 per day cancellation fee. You are responsible for payment of all nights booked. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance for 1-2 night stays, 30 days for 3+ nights, multiple rooms and Holidays.
