Almond Cheese French Toast

Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese
- 4 oz Solo Almond Pastry Filling
- 2 tablespoons Toasted sliced almonds, chopped
- 16 slices French Bread, sliced 1/2" thick
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
Steps:
- Mix cheese, filling and almonds.
- Spread thin layer on a piece of bread and sandwich with another piece. Repeat, ending with 8 pieces of french toast.
- Beat eggs and milk together well.
- Dip each bread sandwich in egg mixture and cook on medium hot griddle until brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
