Outrageous French Toast
Total preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 18Ingredients:
- 10 cups bread crumbs
- 1/4 lb butter
- 3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cups maple syrup
- 14 eggs
- 4 cups half & half
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Steps:
- Place bread crumbs in 10x15 caserole.
- In food processer cream butter, cream cheese and 1 cup maple syrup.
- Mix 3/4 cup maple syrup, eggs and half & half. Pour over bread crumbs.
- Top with cream cheese "frosting". Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be made night before.
