• Limitations on children staying (Over 2 yr old in own bed. Younger in guests' crib)

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (No license)
• Deposit amount required (First night (or two nights for a two or more night stay) of the room charge plus tax is billed to your credit card at the time of reservation)
• Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 11am
• Cancellations:
  Refund of deposit(less a 15$ administration charge per room) will be given with 10 days notice. After this the full payment for ALL reserved nights is due. If we fill the cancelled room a credit note for a future stay will be given.
