Black Bean Soup

Serves: 20Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 lb Black Beans
- 1 gallon Water
- 2 Med Yellow Onions (Coarsely Chopped)
- 1/4 Bunch Celery (Coarsely Chopped)
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Beef Base
- 1/2 cup Whole Garlic (Peeled)
- 1/2 tablespoons Black Pepper (Table Ground)
- 1/4 tablespoon White Pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon All Spice
Steps:
- COOK THE BLACK BEANS IN 1 GALLON OF WATER FOR 1 HOUR.
- ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND COOK FOR ONE MORE HOUR.
- POUR INTO BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHED.
- GARNISH WITH DAB OF SOUR CREAM.
