Chicken Jerusalem (artichoke): Main Dish

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 each Chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon Butter

  • 1/3 cup Flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon Chopped Garlic

  • 1 cup Button Mushrooms

  • 1/2 cups Quartered Artichokes

  • 1/2 cup Sherry

  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Step 1:

Cut chicken breasts in half, trim and lighliy pound to even 1/2 inch thick pieces.

Step 2:

Melt Butter Dredge chicken in flour and sautee in butter until coooked Add garlic, mushrooms and artichokes Sautee together for 5 minutes, add sherry and heavy cream Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 3:

Reduce at high heat for 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
