VALENTINE ROASTED RED PEPPER SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ROASTED RED PEPPER
- 1 cup DRY WHITE WINE
- 2 cups LOW SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH OR CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 cup HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- 1 teaspoon SALT
- GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 3 tablespoons BUTTER
Steps:
- IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN ADD PEPPERS AND WHITE WINE AND REDUCE UNTIL ALMOST DRY OR BY 1/5 ORIGINAL AMOUNT.
- ADD CHICKEN BROTH OR STOCK AND REDUCE TO ΒΌ ORGINAL AMOUNT.
- ADD CREAM AND REDUCE UNTIL THICK AND NAPPE.
- PLACE SAUCE IN A BLENDER ADD SALT, PEPPER AND BUTTER BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. KEEP WARM AND SERVE
