Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 jar Roasted peppers (pat off the moisture)
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
Steps:
- In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth. Do not over blend or your dip will be runny. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
