Strawberry Nut Bread: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2-10oz Packages Frozen strawberries

  • 4 Eggs

  • 3/4 cup Cooking oil

  • 2 cups Sugar

  • 3 cups All purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 1/4 cups Chopped nuts

Step 1:

Defrost strawberries. Beat eggs in a bowl till fluffy, add cooking oil, sugar and strawberries.

Step 2:

Sift togehter flour, cinnamon, soda and salt into mixing bowl. Add strawberry mixture and mix. Stir in nuts.

Step 3:

Bake at 300*F for 45 minutes or until done.
