General InformationThe Arbor Guest house is now under new ownership and has undergone a complete renovation. The 1906 colonial home has been updated with modern amenities while still keeping the charm of its original era. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood minutes from historic downtown Napa, fine wineries and restaurants make this an ideal getaway destination.
The Arbor Guest House has many of the amenities of a full service luxury Inn, while maintaining an affordable and relaxing experience. We provide a comfortable destination for all travelers to the Napa Valley and offer personalized concierge services including, wine tours, restaurant reservations, balloon rides, bicycle tours along with private tastings at some of the finest wineries.
The guest rooms have been updated to include new luxurious bedding, furnishings, flat screen TV’s, updated media players and WI-FI access. A gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the sun filled breakfast room.
Our surrounding landscaping has also undergone a full renovation and includes a wrap around deck, a gazebo and a bocce ball court. The lush gardens have been refreshed for you to enjoy every aspect our property has to offer.
Whether you sip wine in the gazebo or play a quite game of bocce ball on a summer afternoon, this is what the wine county is all about.

- Cancellations:
Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations. If you need to cancel your reservation, a 14-day notice is required and a $35 processing fee will be charged to your credit card. If you are unable to cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to a) 1 night or b) 50% of the total reservation, whichever is greater, if we are unable to re-book your room(s). Cancellations of groups of three or more rooms, require notice of at least 30 days and one room night’s deposit. No credit or refunds will be given for early departures unless we are able to re-book your room(s). No-shows are charged for the full scheduled stay. - Accepted by the following agencies:
