General Information

The Foothill House is located 1.5 miles north of Calistoga. The Inn is a turn of the century farm house surround by trees and wild life. Suites and a luxurious cottage is available. Each suite is individually decorated with country and antiques. All suites have private entrances and private bathrooms; some have Jacuzzis. Each suite contains a fireplace and small refrigerator. Air conditioning is available for summer use. Each evening you will enjoy our fabulous wine and cheese hour where you'll enjoy some enticing appetizers as well as some local wine's

From Oakland/Sacremento. Take Highway 80 to Highway 37, Merge from 37 onto Highway 29 North. 50 miles north you will Reach Calistoga. Hwy 29 becomes Hwy 128 at the First stop sign. 1.5 miles after the second you will see us on the left hand side.

  • Directions from airport:
    Go north on 101 till it merges across the Bay Bridge to Hwy 80. Take Hwy 80 East till you see the Hwy 37/Napa Signs. Exit and take the Hwy 29 Exit towards Napa ((North)) 50 miles later you will enter Calistoga, Go straight at both stop signs and you will see the Foothill House on the left hand side. If you get to Tubb's Lane, you've gone too far.
