Gingersnaps
Total preparation time: 15 minutesIngredients:
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/4 cup Sifted Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
Steps:
- Cream butter, sugar, molasses and egg until fluffy
- mix together spices and dry ingredients
- stir into molasses mixture
- form into small balls, roll in sugar, place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet
- bake 12 minutes at 375 temp.
