Chile Cheese Soufle

- 15 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 can Diced Green Chile with juice
- 24 Ounces Cottage Cheese
- 6 cups Shredded jack & cheddar cheeses
Steps:

Combine cottage cheese, jack & cheddar cheese, and chiles.
- Mix #2
Beat eggs lightly
Add flour and baking powder, and blend until little balls of flour are left-they will cook in.
- Add Mix 1 to Mix 2 and combine.
- Pour into greased 2-3 inch tall glass baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees then at 350 degrees for 35 -40 minutes. Shake to check center for doneness. Moist is very good! Still a little shakey. Should not be too brown.
