1 habanero pepper, chopped

1 1 quart Aloha soy sauce (or any low-sodium sauce)

1 large piece ginger root, peeled and diced

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 1 cup packed, brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Step 1:
Combine habanero pepper and ginger in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Use marinade with chicken, beef or pork. Great for the grill.
