    In the event that you are not able to be with us, please cancel promptly: deposit refund with a $30 processing fee /room or 3% of total stay which ever is greater, 14 day notice for stay less than 4 room nights; 30 day notice for stay 5-8 room nights; 60 day notice for stay over 8 room nights. Less than appropriate notice, refund forfeited. Holidays, Special Events, & Weekends during the months of June,July, August are non refundable. No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.
