    In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded if notified at least 7 days prior to arrival date (14 days on holidays), less a $10 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made later than that date, credit card will be run for one night plus tax, or the deposit will be forfeited unless the room(s) can be re-booked. This policy includes cancellations due to weather, illness, canceled flights etc. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
