Eleven individually decorated guest rooms are set in three separate guest houses grouped around patios that invite you to relax amidst tall ponderosa pines and deodar cedars. All rooms have private entrances and private baths. Many of the rooms have kitchenettes and fireplaces that add warmth and atmosphere during the cooler months of the year. All the comforts of today are enjoyed by guests in this elegant, rustic setting. The feeling of quiet seclusion belies the fact that the inn is located just over a mile from historic downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row and provides convenient access to hiking, biking, birding and many more outdoor activities around Prescott. Or plan a day trip to nearby Jerome, Sedona or The Grand Canyon.

We just returned from Prescott where we stayed at Prescott Pines Bed and Breakfast. We loved the fact that each room had it's own entrance and bathroom. The breakfast was definitely five star. We had the shired eggs, fresh baked scones, yogurt with homemade granola and fresh fruit. Dawn and Lisa were very friendly and knowledgeable about the places to visit and the happenings in the town square. There is a great courtyard equipped with a gas grill, tables & chairs and even space heaters. We will definitely be returning with several friends in tow! Thanks Dawn & Lisa for the great hospitality!

Traveling with our Arizona friends, we arrived at Prescott Pines Inn to a warm greeting from our innkeepers, and their adorable young Golden Retriever who was very well behaved! Even though our room was close to the White Spar Road, I slept just fine under a fluffy duvet, with a nice fireplace in the corner. Our friends had a room just behind us, which had a small sitting room and kitchenette with table and chairs, as we did. The breakfast was terrific, our hosts were expat Brits, and very warm and welcoming. There are multiple accomodations on the property, which leads down to a creek (summer explorations), and larger groups could take over a cabin on the grounds. We enjoyed our stay and heartily recommend the Prescott Pines Inn!
