The lovely Garden Cottage and a turn-of-the-century Farmhouse offer you Moab's most distinctive inn. A spectacular garden setting, warm and attentive service, and uncommon style. Twelve unique guest rooms combine country charm and comfort. Wander through lush flower gardens and wooded pathways. Relax in the heated pool or soak in the steaming hot-tub. In the morning a sumptuous breakfast awaits. A quiet, serene location three blocks from downtown.

• Deposit amount required (An advance payment equal to the first’s night stay, or 50% if greater, is required to secure a reservation. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.)
• Check in time is 3:00 - 7:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  A refund is given (less a 6% credit card processing fee on refund amount) on all cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days, guests are responsible for the full amount of the stay and a refund is given only if the room is re-booked. No refunds are given for early departures.
