- Cancellations:
During Peak Season: 30 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full, at which time the reservation is 100% non-refundable unless the space can be resold. Cancellation outside of 30 days are refundable less a $75 cancellation fee.
Off- Season: 14 days prior to arrival payment is due in full at which time the reservation becomes 100% non-refundable. Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable.
