  • Cancellations:
    With 3 days notice (30 days for holidays, special events, or groups), a full refund will be made. If less than 3 days notice is given, the deposit is forfeited. If we are able to resell the room a full refund less a $15.00 service fee will be made. Guests are responsible for payments of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure.
