The Rochester Hotel and Leland House Bed and Breakfast feature two beautifully restored historic buildings, located just one block off Main in the heart of downtown Durango. We offer 25 distinctive rooms including 5 suites with full kitchens and gas fireplaces. Aside from our prime location with free, on-site parking, a lovely courtyard and a knowledgeable, friendly concierge service, we also serve a complimentary full gourmet breakfast, waitress-served and made fresh every morning. Tea and homemade cookies are served every afternoon.
