The Leland House was built in 1926 and served as an apartment buildingKing room in the Rochester Hotel. All rooms in the Rochester Hotel are themed after Western movies filmed in and around Durango.
Queen studio in the Leland House. All rooms in the Leland House have queen size beds and a full kitchen or a kitchenette. Each room is themed after an important figure in our local history.8 cruiser bicycles are available for our guests to explore downtown Durango. Each bicycle is named after a famous western horse.
The Lobby in the Rochester Hotel is where we serve a gourmet breakfast each morning and homemade cookies and tea each afternoonThe Rochester Hotel Courtyard. Guests can relax in our flower filled courtyard as they snack on the hotel's homemade cookies and sip on raspberry ice tea. Guests are welcome to eat breakfast in the courtyard each morning as well.
