General Information

The Thomas House was built in 1888 as a rooming house for the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad. For most of its life it has fulfilled this original purpose. Today, The Thomas House reflects the comfortable and homey atmosphere that has kept it a haven for weary travelers for over a century. Our home appeals to guests looking for a clean, family oriented place to stay while visiting our beautiful mountain area. The atmosphere here is very casual and warm .

• Deposit amount required (50% of stay or 1st night (which ever is greater))
• Check in time is 4-6PM and Check out time is 11AM
• Cancellations:
  Your deposit will be refunded less $10.00 if your reservation is cancelled 2 weeks prior to your arrival (30 days if holiday or special event). If you cancel your reservation within the 2 weeks prior to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited unless the room can be rented, in which case there will be only the $10.00 cancellation fee.
